Ontodelic Inquiry is a somatic modality that explores the depths of our body-memory, patterns, emotions, and being to assist in gaining self-knowledge, efficiently completing cycles, exploring, and revealing new ways of being.

What does ‘Ontodelic’ mean?

Greek word ‘Ontos’ meaning "a being, individual; existence.” Delous in Greek means “to reveal, to shine forth, to make visible.” So ontodelic is the process of the revelation of being, the unfolding of being. And our modality carries a shared root with the word ‘psychedelic’ (‘the revealing of the psyche’) and this insinuates the vast dimensions that exist within each of us, a continued frontier.
 

We use the past within us to unfold the future. We hold several paradigms of looking: psychological (different developmental models, character structures, relational models), scientific (cognitive and brain science), shamanic (entheogenic, traditional views, nature-based, medicine wheel), phenomonological (mythopoetic, tracking signs, synchronicity), and metaphysical (energetic systems, dimensional models, Hermetics, influences from Diamond Approach). 

We ground our approach in all 5 and hold them all to be vital ways to interpret our experience and be able to hold the paradox of different views of experience being simultaneously true and yet even possibly contradictory and still both true.

Somatic therapies challenge the notion that our daily suffering is unnecessary and stems from unconscious patterns rooted in our past, distorting our perception of the world. 

This method aims to unveil these patterns, unlike traditional cognitive therapies, by delving into the layers beneath conscious thought and analytical frameworks.

Through a meditative approach, we work with inquiry and exploration with attuned awareness of internal states. Clients learn to observe and engage with their thoughts, emotions, memories, and bodily sensations as they emerge.

By employing mindfulness and experiential processes, we recognize the body as a reservoir of implicit assumptions and core beliefs, which shape our personality and survival strategies.

Rather than focusing solely on the narrative, we are prioritizing the individual's journey. It gently and effectively brings hidden mental processes to consciousness, allowing for examination and modification. By addressing and meeting missing experiences, and providing vital nourishment, we reconsolidate memories, and transform the lens in which we see life that impacts our bodies, emotional bodies and offers a more authentic and fulfilling way of experiencing ourselves in the world.

Invitation to Pre-Register for The Heart of Transformation weeklong Immersive Intro Training 

Pre-registration  offers you the opportunity to express your interest and secure your place in the upcoming immersive. 

To ensure an intimate and personalized experience, we are limiting pre-registration to a capacity of 10-20 individuals. 

By intentionally keeping the event intimate and the number of participants limited, our intention is to create a space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and supported.

As a pre-registered participant, you will have priority access and be among the first to receive important updates, event details, and any additional information related to the program. It also allows us to communicate with you directly and keep you informed about any changes or developments leading up to the event.

Pre-registering early ensures your place in the program with the next cohort. When we reach maximum capacity, you will be prioritized and placed on a waitlist for the subsequent immersive experience. Once pre-registration reaches capacity and our other programs clear, we will conduct a group poll to find the timing that works best for everyone, scheduling the immersive experience accordingly.
